1. Our Promise

At J.HYDE, craftsmanship is everything. We stand behind the quality of our eyewear with comprehensive warranties designed to give you complete peace of mind.


2. Warranty Coverage

All Glasses (Frames + Lenses) 12 months Manufacturing defects, frame faults, lens coating failure
ZEISS Lens Upgrades 24 months Same as above, plus one free replacement lens set

3. ZEISS Lens Warranty Benefits

If you choose to upgrade to ZEISS lenses, your warranty extends to two full years, which includes:

  • One free replacement lens set (for prescription or non-prescription ZEISS lenses)

  • Cover for accidental damage to lenses

  • Protection against coating issues such as peeling, crazing, or premature wear


4. What’s Not Covered

Your warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches to lenses due to general wear and tear

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage caused by improper use or storage

  • Adjustments or repairs carried out by third parties


5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email info@jhyde.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue

  2. Include clear photos showing the defect or damage

  3. We’ll assess the claim and advise next steps — this may include inspection, repair, or replacement


6. Turnaround Time

Most warranty claims are resolved within 7–10 working days, though custom or ZEISS replacements may take up to 14 working days depending on lens type.


7. In-Store Assistance

If you purchased your eyewear in-store, you're welcome to return to the boutique for support. We’ll inspect the item and assist with repairs or warranty replacement.


8. Need Adjustments or Aftercare?

We offer complimentary fitting and adjustments for all J.HYDE glasses. Book a styling or service visit in-store any time.
