1. Where We Ship
We currently deliver FREE of charge to addresses within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked services.
Please contact us for international shipping charges.

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, public holidays, or delays from third-party couriers.
3. Order Processing
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another notification once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
4. Click & Collect
You may opt to collect your glasses in person at one of our boutiques:
We will contact you via email or SMS once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation or a valid ID.
5. Shipping Fees
We offer free UK shipping on all orders.
6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel is delayed or hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@jhyde.co.uk.
We’ll investigate with Royal Mail and keep you updated.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue, and if necessary, issue a replacement under your warranty coverage.
