Welcome to J.HYDE. These terms apply to your use of our website and services, including any purchases made online or in-store. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Our Offering

J.HYDE is a luxury eyewear house offering:

  • Eyewear collections (Dr. J, HYDE, Signature)

  • Prescription and non-prescription lenses

  • Eye tests and lens consultations

  • Custom and bespoke eyewear services

Our products are crafted with precision and offered through both our website and boutiques.

3. Orders & Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Hold a valid optical prescription if required

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or incomplete.

4. Prescription Requirements

For prescription lenses:

  • Your prescription must be less than 2 years old and issued by a qualified optometrist.

  • We may request a copy to confirm validity.

  • We reserve the right to refuse prescriptions that are unsuitable or outside our parameters.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at time of purchase. We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

6. Fulfilment & Delivery

Estimated lead times:

  • Frame-only: 7-10 working days

  • Prescription lenses: 7–14 working days

Click & Collect is available. You will be contacted when your order is ready.

7. Returns & Exchanges

For full details see our Returns Policy. In summary:

  • Frame-only purchases: Refundable within 14 days.

  • Prescription lenses: One-time exchange within 14 days.

  • Custom or bespoke eyewear: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Warranty

All glasses come with a 12-month warranty.
ZEISS lens upgrades include a 24-month warranty with:

  • One free lens replacement

  • Protection against coating failure

  • Cover for accidental damage (conditions apply)

9. Website Use & IP

All site content (images, text, logos) is owned or licensed by Jekyll & Hyde Eyewear LTD
Use without permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
