We understand that eyewear is personal — and sometimes, it’s not quite right the first time. If you need to return or exchange your order, this is the place to start. Please fill in the form below and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent using a tracked service within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds are available on non-prescription orders only (e.g. frame-only purchases). If your order includes prescription lenses, we offer a one-time exchange within the 14-day return period.
