We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. For international enquiries please contact us directly at info@jhyde.co.uk.

01 — UK delivery

All UK orders are dispatched free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery is 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a further notification once dispatched.

02 — Frame only orders

Frames purchased online without prescription lenses are dispatched within 3 working days of your order being confirmed.

03 — Prescription eyewear

Where prescription lenses are being fitted, dispatch timelines vary depending on the lens type and specification.

Single vision lenses — approximately 7 to 10 working days from order confirmation.

Varifocal and Zeiss specialist lenses — approximately 10 to 14 working days from order confirmation.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready and again when it has been dispatched.

04 — Click & Collect

You are welcome to collect your frames or completed prescription eyewear in person at either studio. There is no charge for this service.

We will contact you by email or SMS when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation or a valid form of ID.

05 — Missed or delayed deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at info@jhyde.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with Royal Mail and keep you updated throughout.

06 — Damaged or lost items

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Contact us at info@jhyde.co.uk with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
