Shipping policy

Prescription eyewear, non prescription eyewear and accessories will be delivered to the address specified by you on your order as soon as possible by the Royal Mail Signed For service. We aim to dispatch all products within 10 days of the date of your order, subject to validation of your prescription. Please note we do not guarantee the availability of products or dispatch times. Subject to delays outside our control, the overall delivery period should not exceed 30 days.
